What drives you?
I am convinced that we can transform companies into the most exciting and impactful places. I see female founders who want to do this and just don’t know how. That’s my biggest motivation!
The best piece of advice you ever got?
“Have the guts” – in my working world, I was lucky enough to come across people who celebrated and cheered on my skills. Without these cheerleaders, I would never be where I am today. And that’s exactly what I always try to pass on.
What are you learning right now that you’re not so good at yet?
Being able to hold the simultaneity of things.
What would you change if you had the power to do so?
End patriarchal structures.
What superheroine power would you like to have?
Mind reading, I’m so terribly curious.
