What motivates you?
I’m driven by a desire to continuously learn, challenge myself, and step into the unfamiliar. I’m curious by nature and energized by new experiences that expand my perspective, especially when I can translate those learnings into meaningful work. I’m inspired by people whose strengths complement mine and whose expertise pushes me to grow.

The best advice you have ever been given?
“Don’t wait for the perfect moment.” Waiting for ideal conditions often leads to inaction. When I launched my podcast in 2021, the timing was far from perfect, but I trusted the idea and took the leap. That decision taught me that starting, even imperfectly, is often the most powerful move you can make.

What are you learning right now that you still have to get good at?
I’m currently learning Spanish, diving into the book publishing process, and working on how to expand WAA live podcast events internationally, while capturing the same energy and momentum they’ve gained in Berlin.

What would you change if you had the power to do so?
I would create space in our systems, especially in the workplace, for people to pursue their passions without the fear of financial risk or failure. If I had the power, I would offer both time and resources to encourage side projects and self-initiated ideas. Passion projects fuel innovation and personal growth, and that should be supported, not sidelined.

Which superheroine power would you like to have?
Time travel. Since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by history and human behavior across eras. I’d love to observe life in different time periods, to understand how people connected, solved problems, and built communities. There’s so much we can learn from the past that can help us navigate the future.
