The social shaping of digitalization and the development of digital ethics are matters close to Inga Ketels’ heart.

In her practical presentations as a keynote speaker and workshop leader, Inga Ketels gives decision-makers and managers impetus to question their own approach to the topic of digitalization. Does the leadership behavior here match their own values? Are ethical issues being taken into account? How can companies actively shape digitalization and assume social responsibility? Inga’s client base is as diverse as the digital world. Her clients include ProSieben, Deloitte, W&V, SAP & Alnatura.

As a research assistant at Alanus University, she conducted research on New Work at the Institute for Social Organics, founded by Götz Rehn (Alnatura) in the Department of Economics, and gave lectures on leadership and organizational development.

As a lecturer in media psychology at the Media School of the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, her focused on social media and the opportunities and challenges of digitalization. What do we do with the media – and what do the media do with us? How is digitalization changing our everyday lives and our working world?

As an online editor, Inga took over responsibility for the corporate blog of the IT company Scopevisio. She wrote about digitalization, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and digital leadership. As part of the marketing team, she gained experience in content marketing and community building. She organized and moderated the successful event format Digitalisierungstreff, a get-together for the Bonn’s digital scene.

As an expert in digital communication, Inga Ketels gives practical workshops and training courses on developing a content strategy and copywriting for the web. She helps companies find their brand voice and reach their own target group with convincing and effective web texts that fit perfectly and have a personal touch.
