Jasmin Dickerson is a 38 year old person of color, autistic, single mom, a carer with ADHS in full-time employment. She lives with her daughter in Saarland, where she is the coordinating manager in a project of the DFB, funded by the BMI (Federal Ministry of the Interior). She also serves as project officer for Anlaufstelle Diversity, another federally funded project.

Her expertise ranges from neurodivergence (ADHD / autism), other forms of disability, home care, giftedness, compatibility, single parenthood to anti-black racism.
She has gained her expertise through her own experience, but also through constant further education on the topics. As a school dropout, she had a bumpy and complicated career and is therefore all the more proud to be able to help other affected people with her work.
