What drives you?
My drive as a corporate culture expert, speaker and founder of Berg & Macher is to make work a motivating and appreciative place for people and organizations so that society can master the challenges of tomorrow.
The best advice you’ve ever gotten?
Live is a Rollercoaster. Buy the ticket. Enjoy the ride.
What are you learning right now that you’re not so good at yet?
The next jump in kitesurfing with twist, turn and boardgrab.
What would you change if you had the power to do so?
that we finally understand that we need to think differently about organizations, the structures within them and the environment we create. That it is not the employees who need to change their mindset towards change processes, but that we need to start building organizations in such a way that they allow co-responsibility, co-creation and innovation.
What superheroine power would you like to have?
to be able to beam myself into the future.
