What motivates you?
My empathy and my actionism.
The best advice you have ever been given?
“Listen to your gut feeling” and “Even when you can’t give your usual 100%, your work is still valuable for others. No one is going to know.”
What are you learning right now that you still have to get good at?
In consultancy: Not always having to offer a solution. Often, listening is enough.
What would you chance if you had the power to do so?
Surely the education system. It is not fair because those in power do not yet suffer enough from the conditions.
Which superheroine power would you like to have?
To be able to bring about change with the snap of a finger, e.g. to be made up and ready for bed, but also to be able to revolutionise the education system.
