What drives you?
When we outgrow ourselves as human beings, not through technology, but through authenticity and emotional intelligence. Technology is only there to give us the space to be more human again.
The best advice you’ve ever received?
Asking for help doesn’t make you weaker, it makes you stronger.
What are you currently learning that you’re not so good at yet?
Patience – which I have to prove a lot when it comes to adapting AI, but also in my personal life, as I’m learning Hungarian with the help of AI, but technology can’t replace language learning.
What would you change if you had the power?
Eliminate prejudice and discrimination in society.
What superheroine power would you like to have?
A Photographic memory : the ability to instantly and permanently memorize everything I see or read, and thus be able to exchange ideas with even more experts.
Sarah Rojewski
Sarah Rojewski is a passionate expert in Conversational AI & Artificial Intelligence with a clear focus on human-machine interaction. As a humanities graduate, she views technology and the AI era not merely as an IT project but as a profound human, societal, and emotional transformation. This perspective shapes her work, where she helps companies navigate the challenges and opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
During her career as AI & Automation Manager at Telefonica Germany, Sarah successfully built several teams and sees it as her responsibility to support individuals through their personal AI transformation, addressing and alleviating fears along the way. She firmly believes that the future of work lies not in replacing humans with machines, but in meaningful collaboration between humans and AI. As an independent consultant, she now drives AI projects for companies like Schauinsland Reisen. In her talks and workshops, she inspires companies such as Deutsche Bahn and GJP Johnson to use AI as a valuable tool to enhance efficiency while keeping people at the center of all decisions. Her goal is to become a prominent voice in the German AI debate and to influence the development of this technology by embracing all facets of human emotions and the processes of change.
