“Be your best self” – prioritizing growth and self-reflexion. When we are in the best vision of ourselves we can can create positive impact.
What are you learning right now that you still have to get good at?
Cooking. In the sense of really sophisticated. I am a passionate foodie and am currently learning the tools of the trade to conjure up an even finer sensory experience in dishes.
What would you chance if you had the power to do so?
Change begins in small steps. With every single step, something new can be created and systems can be broken up. I would like to abolish ignorance.

Tanja Bogumil
Tanja Bogumil is a passionate serial entrepreneur, committed to the nutritional turnaround.
At Perfeggt, she and her team are rethinking the concept of the chicken egg to develop innovative and sustainable alternatives for the mass market. Because while animal-free substitutes for meat, milk and cheese are booming, the potential of alternative egg is still untapped.
Tanja has been successfully building brands since 2011 and has founded and supported various companies in e-commerce and along the food value chain. She is involved in the start-up scene and shares her experience as a mentor, business angel and advisory board member.
Tanja also volunteers at the EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), a global non-profit organisation that functions as the world’s largest peer-to-peer network for entrepreneurs.
She studied business administration at Münster University of Applied Sciences and the HHL Graduate School of Management and worked at BASF, KPMG and Mister Spex before starting her own ventures. She lives in Berlin, is passionate about cooking and spends her free time on her racing bike, hiking or travelling.
