Vera Strauch
As the founder of the Female Leadership Academy, Vera Strauch is committed to fairer structures in the world of work. To this end, she takes a critical and constructive look at collaboration, leadership and organizational development from a feminist perspective. As producer and host of the Female Leadership Podcast, she publishes weekly content on these topics and interviews well-known guests. As a lecturer at the Female Leadership Academy, she has already supported more than 2,000 women in their professional development. Vera’s book “Unbequem: Eine Aufforderung zum Anecken” was published by Hoffmann und Campe in 2022. Vera Strauch studied Business Administration in Germany and New Zealand and completed her Master’s degree in International Business as a Fulbright Scholar in the USA.
